New Parish Council Members will be selected next Saturday at the
5:00 p.m. mass. Those who agreed to have their name included in the
drawing are: David Boyles, Pete Taylor, Polly Magdaleno, Barb Tolstedt,
Rich Haslow and Deb Herman. We are grateful for their willingness to
serve on the Council.
Vacation Bible School 2009 - Our
next meeting is Tuesday, June 9 at 7 p.m. in the Parish Center Library.
We have openings for people to help with snacks and lead the children to
each station. Our VBS will take place in the mornings the last week in
July and will feature great music in Sing and Play Stomp, bible stories
in Bible Bayou, arts and crafts in Crawfish Crafts, outdoor fun in Gator
Games, Chadder Chipmunk fun in Dockside Drive-in, and a daily snack at
our Snack Shack. Please contact Noreen Placek at 762-2830 or 762-4646 if
you would like to help with this fun and rewarding vacation bible
school.
St. Agnes Busy Bunnies has openings for 4 and 5 year olds for the
